Concept letters (two pages, max) for planning and/or pilot programs can be submitted during both open grant cycles in order for the Board to determine whether a full proposal will be requested. NOTE: Concept letters are not required for ongoing or previously funded programs. For the Spring Grant Cycle, full proposals are accepted from January 1 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on January 31. For the Autumn Cycle, full proposals are accepted from July 1 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31. All applicants will be notified of the Board’s decision within 60 days. Notification will be sent via letter.
As a condition of the receipt of grant funds, all organizations must agree to submit a full financial accounting and narrative report detailing program outcomes within 60 days after the end of the grant period. If possible, photographs (jpeg preferred) of the program/project should be included with the final report.
